SKYWARN Training
The training was held at the Tulsa Technical Center on Saturday February
10,2007. Transportation for the ARKAN members attending was provided by
the Washington County Sheriff's Department. We kind of wondered why people
looked at us so strangely until we realized that there were warnings on the side of
the van that read, "Prisoner Transport Stay back!"
Members attending (left to right in the photo) were: Stephen KD6TZF, Larry
WX5AR, Paul KK5II, Hal K5NOW, Charlie KE5AEA and Bill K5BHS. Taking the
photo was Angelia KE5LQM.

There was some confusion with local authorities about the individuals who occupied this van, but it was soon cleared up. |
